Clinical and Bacteriological studies were carried out on 57 cases of infants and children with shigellosis who were cared from January, 1976 to December, 1980 in our hospital. One case of pancreatic pseudocyst occuring in a 6 year old boy was presented. The pancreatic pseudocyst was caused by blunt abdominal trauma, and the diagnosis was confirmed by U.G.L series and exploratory laparotomy.
